Nar Sur 2026 – Special Conditions & Visa Disclaimer
Important information regarding visas, scheduling, cancellations, and refunds for all Nar Sur 2026 concerts, workshops, and related activities.
Why this disclaimer exists
Nar Sur 2026 is a unique cultural project that aims to bring three traditional musicians from Balochistan (Pakistan) to Europe for the very first time.
Due to the complexity and length of the visa application process, planning for this project must begin long before all governmental procedures have been completed. Even with the support of cultural organizations, partner institutions and governmental bodies, visa approvals and international travel permissions can take many months and remain subject to factors beyond the control of both the artists and the organizers.
As a result, it is necessary for us to begin promoting and organizing events while certain administrative procedures are still ongoing.
Visa & travel uncertainty
The invited musicians are required to obtain visas, travel permissions, and other documentation before they can travel to Europe.
While Altai and its partners are making every effort to facilitate this process, we cannot guarantee the outcome of visa applications, border entry decisions, airline policies, governmental procedures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Even after a visa has been granted, unforeseen situations may arise that affect a musician's ability to travel or enter a country.
Changes to the program
For this reason, Altai reserves the right to:
- Postpone, reschedule, relocate, modify, or cancel one or more events within the Nar Sur 2026 project.
- Adjust announced dates, venues, schedules, workshop formats, or participating artists if circumstances require.
- Cancel individual events or the entire project if one or more musicians are unable to obtain the necessary travel documents, visas, permissions, or entry clearance.
Any changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible.
Cancellations & Refunds
If an event is cancelled by the organizers due to visa-related issues or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, ticket holders will be informed as soon as possible.
If an event cannot reasonably be rescheduled, Altai will make every reasonable effort to refund the ticket price paid, subject to any non-refundable costs already incurred by third-party ticketing providers, payment processors, or other external service providers.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, purchased tickets will normally remain valid for the new date.
Acceptance of these conditions
By purchasing a ticket for any concert, workshop or other activity that forms part of the Nar Sur 2026 project, participants acknowledge and accept these special conditions.
